Terra Aura Jewelry is handcrafted in 14K gold fill and sterling silver. These are high quality materials that are safe for sensitive skin and can be worn everyday. Here are some tips for keeping your jewelry bright and shiny to last for years upon years. - For Gold fill jewelry, avoid chlorine and salt water. For Sterling silver, Pearl and gemstone jewelry, avoid water, chlorine and salt water. -Always protect your jewelry from scratches, chemicals and extreme temperatures -Avoid sleeping in jewelry to avoid bending -Clean your jewelry with a soft cloth and store in a clean airtight container when not in use to avoid oxidation. -Avoid spraying perfume, applying sunscreen or lotion directly near any jewelry you may be wearing.

We sure do!! If you see something you like but want it in a different variation, let us know! We are happy to work with you to customize your order, from stones to chain and other variables.

Gift wrapping and packaging

A hand-stamped cotton pouch is provided as a compliment, perfect for safekeeping or gift giving! A personalized message that comes along with the package is available upon request. Leave us a note when checking out of what you would like the message to say. Our cotton jewelry pouch can be gift wrapped, upon request, neatly in tissue paper, tied with a ribbon and then placed in a Kraft box. We never include a printed receipt, so your jewelry is ready to be gifted right out of the package.

Return and exchange policy

For the health and safety of my customers, earrings for pierced ears are final sale. Custom orders are also final sale. For all other items: Please send me a message within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. RETURNS: The return items must be shipped back to me within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn to receive a full refund. Any damaged or missing items will be deducted from the refund, so please package carefully. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non refundable. I do not accept returns on custom orders, custom orders are final sale. INTERNATIONAL: Please be aware shipping fees are not refundable on return

Is your jewelry safe for sensitive skin?

The materials I use in my jewelry designs are chosen specifically for those who have sensitive skin! I use materials such as 14k Gold Filled and 925 Sterling Silver, which are hypoallergenic, and Nickel free. I also use natural pearls and gemstones.

Shipping International

Terra Aura offers world-wide shipping! Purchasing shipping insurance is highly suggested for international orders. Although lost packages are rare, seller is not responsible for lost or delayed international packages without insurance. Please be aware that 100% of the shipping paid goes towards delivery of your package, therefore SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. Refund laws of your specific country will be upheld by my shop.

STERLING SILVER 925 Sterling Silver is an alloy made of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper. The addition of copper to pure silver lowers the melting temperature while increasing hardness and strength. Sterling silver is the jewelry quality standard for silver throughout most of the world. 14K GOLD FILLED Gold filled is the next best option to 14k solid gold. It is a less expensive option and it is hypoallergenic. Gold filled is actually 14k gold heat-bonded with an inner core of brass as opposed to gold plated which is a thin layer of gold liquid solution electroplated over a base metal. Brass is used because it is hypoallergenic.

Our current processing times are 2-5 business days. Please keep in mind that this does not include shipping times. What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen? Terra Aura Jewelry is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.
