What if my item arrives broken or has flaws?

Is commercial use included with custom design work?

No, commercial print usage of designs is not included with custom design files unless you have specifically purchased the design tier option that includes commercial print usage. The standard custom design tier(s) only permits personal, home usage of the 3D design. If you're interested in using a design for commercial purposes, please make sure to select the appropriate design tier during your purchase.
