Drafts/Processing times for drafts

We do drafts per request or the information you have provided is unclear and not by default. We will send you one within 24 hours of purchasing. You will have another 24 hours to respond to the draft and make adjustments if needed. Once a draft has been approved by you we are not responsible for any mistakes made. We will not refund or cancel. If you failed to respond to us within that 24 hour frame of time, we will proceed with the order without approval. We are not responsible for any mistakes on the poster, in case you failed to respond to a draft in the time frame. We will not refund or cancel an order, if you failed to respond to a draft within 24 hours. We are not responsible for delays in shipping, because of delayed response time.

Digital Downloads are not eligible for Cancelation and Refund once the item has been sent to you even if it is in the 1 hour window of purchasing. Only Physical prints can be cancelled within 1 hour window of purchasing.

What can I customize on a star map?

As our star maps are created by hand and not just generated in a set design everything is customizable but a fee may apply. Examples of popular requests are 1. The background color 2. Add a border or remove a border 3. Add constellation names 4. Remove constellation lines 5. Add a equatorial grid For more information on customizing your order or custom fees, please feel free to reach us.

Can your star maps be any time, date and location

Yes, as long as it is on Earth it can be any time, date (including future dates) and location. If the time is unknown we can generate a star map using default time. We can not create star maps with unknown location (town/state/country) or unknown date.

Birth Poster Customization

We use the actual length at birth of your child to customize the birth poster. All the information and birth stats are customizable as well. We can even mix 2 different designs if that is your preference. We can change fonts, borders, colors. Fees may apply depending on your customization. All of the baby design and illustrations are pre-drawn and we can NOT edit them to mimic how your baby looked at birth.

What if your item arrived damaged? What if there is something wrong with your item?

We will ask you to provide pictures as a proof. Once determined the item as damaged by us or by the shipping carrier we will proceed with further steps to either replace the item or to refund you for the damages. However we can only refund or replace items within 4 weeks of the delivery date. If you fail to report a problem or claim your replacement/refund within the 4 week period we will no longer be able to help you. If there is something else wrong with your item (misspelled wording, wrong size, etc.), not shown in the draft, you will have 4 weeks from the delivery date to report the problem to us. If you fail to report a problem or claim your replacement/refund within the 4 week period we will no longer be able to help you.

Additional changes needed after an order was completed

In the case more additional changes are needed after you have approved a draft and your order was processed and completed by us, it may result in additional CHANGE OF ORDER FEE. In the case, when a Print was already shipped and delivered, we wouldn't be able to change your order. Please, message us if you have a concern about an item you have purchased from us and we would find the best way to help you.
