Can I have a particular mobile with different colors?

Absolutely! Everything in my shop can be made in any color combo.

When will I receive my order?

Mobiles that are under the READY TO SHIP section ship within 3-5 business days. ALL other mobiles are made to order and have a current turn around time is 4-6 weeks before it ships out. This does not include transit time. (Please refer to Polices: Shipping for more details on International shipments)

How does the mobile hang?

ALL my mobiles will arrive ready to hand from the ceiling. However, all the mobiles with wood or a hoop can be changed / attached easily to a "crib arm attachment". You can find those at Amazon.com. If you don't see wood part or a a hoop as a mobile base it means it doesn't have one. And simple is suspended by a very long string, meant to be hung from ceiling only. (Examples: large moon or cloud ones)

I received my mobile and the color isn't what I expected, can I get a refund?

I deal with each case individually. Luckily I've had very little situations like this. I strongly suggest my customers to contact me about colors BEFORE placing an order. Felt colors can vary a lot from a computer screen to a tablet screen or phone.

DETAILS AND DIMENSIONS:

Each plush element is created with felt, lightly filled with hypo-allergenic polyester stuffing.
The sizes vary between 3" - 5".
The 10” x 10” wood hangers are handcrafted. The mobiles feature a hook on top and enclosed long string for ceiling hanging.
(Please use a secured hook!)
Overall installed size measures approximately 16-18” high from hanger x 10” x 10”.
