Never received the item. Communication was very bad

Response from SHEEBA

Thank you for your feedback. As per the tracking details, your swing was successfully delivered on January 28, 2026. At the time your review was posted, the package was on hold in your country due to customs clearance and paperwork required from your side, which was later resolved. I always try my best to stay in communication and assist throughout the process, and I truly appreciate your patience. I hope you are enjoying your swing—thank you again for your support.
