Do you offer bulk orders?

Yes! Please send me a message to discuss! We can handle larger orders without issues. All bulk order have free shipping in the US and are generally ready to ship within 5-7 business days unless discussed otherwise.

Can I return my markers?

I do not accept returns on personalized items. If there is a problem with the order, please contact me and we will work out a solution.

Can I order just one marker as a replacement?

Yes! Send me a message if it's a right or left marker and which design and I will set up a custom listing for you.

How fast will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 2-4 business days, xray markers ship within 3-6 business days due to extra time required to cure resin. Please note that the actual delivery date is not guaranteed as post office may experience delays that are out of my control.

Can I return/exchange my items?

I can accept returns on non personalized items ( no returns on xray markers or custom engraved badge buddies). Buyer is responsible for return/exchange shipping costs. Original shipping cost is non refundable.

My package was marked as delivered but I don't have it.

Give it a couple more days for package to arrive, post office will often mark packages as delivered only to actually deliver them few days later ( especially around the weekend ). I also recommend contacting your local post office to inquire about the package. If the package is still not there after few days, please open a case and submit a claim under Purchase Protection Guarantee for a full refund from Etsy. You are welcome to reorder at any time!

My package arrived damaged

Sometimes post office will damage items, but that's ok, it happens! Just send me a message with a photo of the damage and I will get a replacement sent out ASAP.
