Each listing includes ETA dates for when you are expected to receive your orders. All orders are shipped out ASAP and within the production timeline (2-4 business days) unless otherwise discussed. There are different shipping options to choose at checkout please choose the shipping timeline that works with your timeline.

NEED TO CANCEL, MAKE AN ADJUSTMENT, OR CHANGE ADDRESS.

If your order has not shipped or is not in production, I can make adjustments to your order. Once your order has shipped or been created changes cannot be made. If you entered the wrong address please cancel your order and place a new one with the updated mailing address that you'd like. I am unable to change the address due to high order and message volumes during this time.

ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND ARE FINAL SALE - Any order discrepancies must be reported within a week of receiving the product. I do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item is incorrect or damaged.

MY ORDER IS SHOWING DELAYS IN TRANSIT!

I am not responsible for the package once the order has been dropped off at my local post office. Once the order is considered "shipped" it is in the carrier's control and any shipping issues must be taken up with them directly. Any delays within transit are out of my control and I have the same amount of information as you do as we both do not work for postal carriers.

Please keep in mind that licensing for your organization could take up to 1-2 weeks.
