Additional photos are a toughie y’all. We are a small operation in a small apartment, so all the inventory is stored offsite. That means additional photographs require a lot of extra time. If you really must have them, I will do my level best, but it will probably take me a while to get them to you. Any major flaws on the items are photographed. Sometimes minor flaws may be overlooked but they will be extremely subtle. If you genuinely feel the item has been misrepresented, I do offer full refunds in that circumstance.

Measurements are provided for each item. If there is stretch the listing will say so and give an approximation of how much. The best practice, even for shoes, is to measure yourself, and make sure the item will fit. Be advised that the measurements of the garment should probably be a wee bit larger than your own because you gotta get that thing on and off. Preferably without scissors.

I cannot adjust the customs fees. Really, I won’t do it, so please don’t ask.

Unfortunately, once I have dropped the item with the carrier, I can’t find out any more information than you can. The tracking number is the best way of getting more info! If an item does get returned to me, I will of course let you know, and we will find a way to get it back to you.
