Shipping for Made-to-Order Products

Clothing items are made just for you once you place your order. Printing, embroidery, and packing takes a little time. Most orders are ready to ship within 5 business days, though occasionally it may take a bit longer. After purchase, I’ll message you with an estimated delivery window. Your order will ship with a tracked service through a trusted carrier (carrier may vary). If you don’t see tracking within 7 days, just reach out and I’ll check in for you.

Shipping for Ready-to-Ship Products

Accessories like pins, stickers, and keychains are pre-packaged and ready to go. Tracking is usually sent within 2–3 business days. These also ship with a tracked service through a reliable carrier. If you don’t see updates within 5 days, send me a message and I’ll look into it.

Limited Edition Items

Limited edition products are one-time only and won’t be restocked once sold out. Each piece is signed, given a custom serial number (like 1/50), and may include fun extras or handmade packaging (see individual listings for details). Personalization, like the recipient’s name, is sometimes available (see individual listings). Ships with a tracked service through a trusted carrier.

Cancellations : Made-to-Order Items

You can cancel within 3 hours of purchase. Often times, once an order is received, production starts quickly to ensure you get your item on time. Once production has started, cancellations aren’t possible. If you still need to cancel after that, message me! Most often you’ll receive the order and return it before I can issue a refund.

Cancellations : Ready-to-Ship Products

You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, as long as tracking hasn’t been posted. If the item has already shipped, you’ll likely need to return it after it arrives for a refund.

If your order arrives damaged, please message me as soon as possible so I can help. I’ll just need: A clear photo of the damaged item. A photo of the packaging it came in. A short description of the issue. I’ll review it quickly and make things right.

Double-Check Your Address!

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when you order. If an order is shipped to the wrong address because of a typo or shipped to an unverified / undeliverable address, I unfortunately can’t offer a refund or replacement. If you notice an error before your order ships, let me know right away and I’ll update it for you.
