Our production process takes 2-4 weeks for delivery. As a family business with operations in both Taiwan and New York, we craft each display frame with care in our Taiwan workshop, then ship in consolidated batches to NY before delivering to you. This international collaboration allows us to maintain our high quality standards while keeping shipping costs reasonable for you.

Hi Daniel, First of all thank you for taking your time to leave us a review. However you ordered on 8/25 and we shipped out on 9/25 along with a small gift as an apology for the long wait because of the customs holding our shipment for a week. As stated in our product description and order confirmation email, due to the way we operate right now, our shipping time frame will be 2-4 weeks, however we still managed to deliver your order within the stated time frame.
