We want to ensure that your frame cases remain in pristine condition. As they are laser printed, please avoid using sharp objects, such as nails, on the printed areas. For cleaning, we recommend using soft cloths designed for glasses or screens.

Our production process takes 2-4 weeks for delivery. As a family business with operations in both Taiwan and New York, we craft each display frame with care in our Taiwan workshop, then ship in consolidated batches to NY before delivering to you. This international collaboration allows us to maintain our high quality standards while keeping shipping costs reasonable for you.

However you ordered on 8/25 and we shipped out on 9/25 along with a small gift as an apology for the long wait because of the customs holding our shipment for a week.
