Can you guarantee delivery by a certain date?

💜 Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee delivery by a specific date because once the phone case is turned over to USPS for shipping it is out of our control.

I gave you the wrong address!

💜 We have two options here: 1) It hasn’t shipped yet? Please reach out to me as soon as possible! I’ll do my best to contact my printing partner and update the address before it goes into production. 2) It looks like you may have just sent someone an unexpected gift! Unfortunately, we're not responsible for replacing the product and will be unable to issue a refund. All items that are “returned to sender” are shipped back to our production partner and we are unable to recover the item.

What do I do if the my item is damaged during shipping?

💜 If your item(s) arrive damaged during shipping, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! Just send us a photo of the damaged product, and we’ll happily send you a replacement at no extra cost. We kindly ask that you message us within 7 days so we can make it right as quickly as possible! :)

Can I cancel my order?

💜 Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. If we receive your cancellation request within 1 hour of placing your order and before your item has been printed we may be able to process your cancellation. If your order has already begun printing we will be unable to accept your cancellation request.

💜 With my cases are made-to-order. Meaning once you place an order then your case is created just for you. Production Time : 2 - 4 business days (Mon-Fri) and Shipping Time: 2 - 5 business days. However, during busy seasons like Mother’s Day, Christmas, or New Years, processing times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes. For the most accurate delivery estimate; view the estimated delivery dates provided in your cart. We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible!

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

💜 Our phone cases are made to order and is printed just for you after your order is received. Therefore, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure you have the correct phone model and finish selected prior to placing your order.
