Custom and personalized orders

Yes! We love creating personalized items. You can add a name, a quote, an inside joke, or any custom text to most of our mugs, tumblers, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies. Just select the "personalized" option on the listing and add your text in the personalization box. If you have a completely custom idea, message us and we'll make it happen!

Our t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies are available in sizes S through 3XL. Please check the size chart in each listing for exact measurements. We recommend ordering your usual size for a standard fit, or sizing up one for an oversized cozy look. All apparel should be dried on low heat or hang to dry.

Mugs: Please hand wash for the longest lasting design. Also dishwasher safe on the top rack and microwave safe. Tumblers: Hand wash only. Do not microwave. Do not put in the dishwasher. All apparel should be dried on low heat or hang to dry.

What should I do if my mug or shirt arrives damaged?

If you receive a broken mug, a damaged tumbler, or a shirt with a defect, please contact us through your Etsy account as soon as possible with a photo of the damaged item. We are happy to replace the item if it arrives broken, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. You just need to let us know ASAP.

What are your estimated shipping times?

All mugs, tumblers, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies are custom made to order and typically ship within 3-7 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-5 additional business days depending on your location.

What if I need to change my address?

If you have placed an order and need to change the delivery address, please contact us ASAP. We will do our best to try to accommodate, but if your order has already been processed and assigned to our fulfillment partners, then unfortunately, we are not always able to make the change. Please double check your address when you place the order to avoid this becoming a problem.
