Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

Do you send photos before you ship items?

Due to the high volume of orders that we create and ship every day we are unable to send photos before production and shipment. We also sometimes share sneak peeks of customer items on our Instagram @hellodearyesterday

Do you offer refunds or replacements under any circumstances?

Please note that since these are custom made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your item. We will request a photo of the damage, and a photo of the full item showing which print, or designed product it is (as our printer will ask us for this). Then we are able to proceed with a resolution. **PLEASE READ - We are not able to provide any type of resolution for damages after 30 days - starting on the day the order was shipped for US orders, and 45 days for international.**

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

Hello Dear Yesterday is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for any reason, the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

How do I access and download my digital files?

1. Log in to your Etsy account 2. Click on “You” (on top right corner) 3. Choose “Purchases and reviews” 4. Find your order. Click on “Download Files” (to the right of the order) 5. The file will go to your “Downloads” folders

What's the difference between the Yoga Card Decks - Volume I and Volume II?

The "Build a Practice Yoga Cards" deck - Volume I will have more beginner poses and is the recommended deck to start with, with cards numbered #1 to #63. Volume II is an expansion deck to the first "Build a Practice Yoga Cards" deck, meaning that the numbered cards start from #64 and go to #126. It includes 60 additional poses (some more advanced ones included) plus 5 new sequences and 3 new breathing exercises, but it is meant to be used in conjunction with the first deck. The sequences included in Volume II do use some of the foundational poses included only in the first deck.
