Once your hat has shipped, delivery will vary from country to country. The following is a guideline not a guarantee: - Europe: 1-2 weeks - North America: 2-4 weeks To be better prepared, allow up to 4 weeks for deliveries. I personally pack each hat safely for transit, however, once handed off I am no longer in control.... delays and damages can/may occur. If this is the case, please contact me immediately with detailed photos. When ordering outside of the EU, import fees or taxes may be imposed by your country. As a buyer, those fees fall to you, the consumer. If you have any concerns about this, please DM me before making your purchase so I can answer any questions you may have. Please note that each item is clearly marked with the appropriate Return or Non-Returnable policies. Returnable items,contact me within 14 days of delivery with your written intent to return the item. Once informed, you have 14 days from the intent to ship items back. Customers is then responsible for package, postage, tracking and insurance. Items must be returned in original conditions, with full contents & unworn. The refund process begins once the items are received in my studio and completed within 14 days (as allowed by EU law ). If not in original conditions a "loss of value" may be placed on the items and deducted from the original purchase price. The remaining amount will be refunded via Etsy Payments.

Custom and personalized orders

Cancellations & Wrong Address

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Please, DM me directly to cancel. Once shipped, cancellations of delivery is no longer possible. If the address that you provided at the time of check out is incorrect. Please contact me directly. Once shipped, I can not reroute parcels. If the address, provided at checkout out is incorrect, the parcel will continue to its destination and be marked undeliverable by the carrier. Being returned to me. In such case, you will receive a partial refund, minus the original ship cost (€18-€24) even if the item was listed with free shipping. This is because shipping was fulfilled and cannot be recovered. This is in accordance with EU consumer laws.

Refused International Deliveries

If a parcel is refused by the recipient and returned due to unpaid import duties, VAT/Taxes or customs charges, I reserve the right to deduct the actual outbound shipping cost from the refund amount, even if the shipping was offered as “free”. Additional return shipping fees incurred may also be deducted. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not grounds for a full refund. This is in accordance with EU law, as these fees are beyond my control and the item was fulfilled as described.

Packaging & Sustainability

I believe beautiful, well-made hats shouldn’t come with unnecessary extras (or extra costs). To keep my prices fair and accessible, I keep packaging simple and thoughtful: each hat comes carefully wrapped in tissue paper and a protective dust bag, shipped securely in a standard box. It’s my way of passing the savings on to you… without compromising on care, quality, or craftsmanship

As a small business, I am exempt from placing VAT on my orders within Germany. If outside of German or EU, Etsy, is responsible for collecting taxes on behalf of your country and or state.
