If you would like a poster in a size that is not listed, please contact me. I will do my best to source the size that you need. All my designs can be scaled to the sizes noted on my listings, however some sizes other than A sizes will be photoshopped and regenerated to fit the dimensions without cropping the image. This just means that the image will be the same but the background may be slightly wider/taller than in the listing. I will always do my best to ensure the most flawless result :)

When will I get my tracking number?

Tracking numbers will be passed over to you within 48 hours of shipping. Please note that some countries (particularly within in EU and USA) may take longer for the tracking to go live. Tracking may be delayed during busy times of year such as Christmas, as the volume of orders increases.

Custom and personalised orders

I have stopped accepting custom orders so that I can better manage my time, apologies for any inconvenience this may cause!

All posters are sent in a semi-gloss finish as standard. This finish has been chosen because it showcases vibrant colours while preventing the harsh double glare when framed. Please note that semi-gloss/satin finishes can sometimes be a bit sensitive to showing fingerprints and may still showcase a slight glare in uneven lighting. However, if you would like a poster in a different finish (matte, gloss), please contact me so I can arrange this for you :) Please note that if requesting a gloss finish it may be more likely to show a double glare. If requesting a matte finish, the colours may be more muted.

I am able to accept cancellations either from accidental orders or change of mind so long as the cancellation request is before 12pm BST OR before 10pm BST for orders placed after 12pm. I send all orders for printing and pay for shipping costs at these times, and unfortunately any cancellation request received once your order has been sent for printing will not be accepted.

Lost item/Damaged items

If your item is lost, damaged or hasn't arrived yet, please reach out to me in the first instance! I am very responsive to messages. If your item hasn't arrived/is marked as delivered I will try and chase this up with the carrier in this instance. If this is unsuccessful, I am happy to send out a free replacement. In instances where the order has arrived damaged, I am also happy to send out a replacement. Please send me a message with pictures of the poster damage, the packaging and the shipping label so I can resolve this for you :)

Do prints come framed?

I am now able to start offering framed print for most sizes! If you can't see a size that you want and would like some recommendations for places to buy from, just message me and I'll do my best to help!

If you have ordered a print as a digital file, this will usually be processed on the same day if placed before 12pm BST and a link to a PDF will be sent to you. I will include the most common aspect ratios (A sizes, 2:3, 3:4, 4:5), however if you would like a different size, please message me and I can do this for you :) If placed later on in the day, I will get this emailed to you by the next working day. Please note, this does not include weekends. Please note that no physical product will be sent to you but a link to download the image and print for youself at home. Digital purchases are not refundable. If any shipping costs have been paid, these will be refunded to you in full before I complete the order.

IMPORTANT INFO:
All posters are shipped in a protective package to ensure quality of product when it arrives at your doorstep! Prints in sizes A5 and A4 will be shipped in a thick, heavy duty cardboard packaging. Posters size A3+ are shipped in heavy duty tubes to prevent damage.
