- If you have a long forehead or would like to cover the ears, Women's sizes may work. We can also adjust the size for you.
- Men's medium size is too small, Men's big size is too big? We recommend trying Women's medium size.

• The women’s sizes are a bit taller for the forehead and have a little wider head piece than men’s caps.
