For current items that are listed with free shipping I will NOT be accepting returns or offering refunds. However in cases of custom orders, if the item is not what was expected or if the item is damaged in any way I am willing to work with you and help you or offer a refund to the best of my ability. If an item is damaged contact me as soon as possible, providing photo evidence of the damage. If you would like to exchange an item for another of the same price I would be more than happy to do so, however, any postage fees that result in sending back an item I will NOT cover. **All exchanges or refund will ONLY be issued after I recieve the returned item**

I currently ONLY ship in the United States. Shipping is Free, unless otherwise stated for individual items.

Cleaning of 100% cotton bags by use of washing machine is not recommended.
The washing shrinkage rate exceeds 10%. Hand washing is recommended.

Hang dry is necessary before high- temperature ironing.

**DO NOT IRON DIRECTLY OVER DESIGN! If you need to iron please place a fabric over the painting so it doesn’t get damaged , or just flip the bag so the painted side is facing down !! *
