To ensure timely creation of your keepsake, please mail your inclusions within 10 days of placing your order. If you need additional time, please feel free to message me.

1. Place your order through Etsy. 2. Within 24 hours, you will receive instructions for how to send your inclusions. 3. Carefully package and mail your flowers, ashes, fabric, fur, or other inclusions within 7 days of ordering. 4. Once your inclusions arrive, I will begin handcrafting your custom keepsake piece. 5. Your finished keepsake will be carefully packaged and shipped back to you once completed.

The silver necklace is made with silver-plated components (not sterling silver).
Our gold necklaces feature a gold-plated chain over a stainless steel base.

We chose these materials so we can offer meaningful memorial jewelry at a more affordable price while still creating a beautiful, lasting keepsake.

Like all gold-plated jewelry, the finish can naturally fade over time with everyday wear. To help preserve your necklace, we recommend removing it before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping. If you prefer, you're also welcome to place the pendant on your own chain. 🤍

How It Works:
After placing your order, you'll receive simple, step-by-step instructions on how to send a small portion of your pet's ashes. Once received, I will carefully incorporate them into your custom pendant with the utmost respect and care. Any unused ashes will be securely packaged and returned to you along with your completed piece.

This process ensures your keepsake is both meaningful and handled with the highest level of dignity.

Please note that every piece is handcrafted and completely unique. Because cremation ashes naturally vary in color and texture, the appearance of each jewelry piece may differ slightly from the photos.
