Are your slipper waterproof?

As these slippers are sewed not glued, they aren't waterproof for a long time walking in rain and nothing helps here. Waterproof can be only shoes where the soles are glued especially for that.

What is difference between indoor and outdoor shoes?

The indoor variation is with a 1mm leather sole - it would be a little bit uncomfortable outside. For the outdoors, I sew 4mm leather soles, where You still feel barefoot, but safer for Your feet.

If you choose indoor and outdoor is that 2 pair of shoes?

Yes, both mean You gen one inside pair and one outside pair in the same size .

Are the soles of these shoes 100% leather?

Yes, these shoes are 100% leather. For the outdoor version I just sew a 4 layer leather for feet safety - but it still allow grounding.
