What is your current processing time?

Most items are made and shipped within 1–3 business days. Others like Baby milestones are shipped within 5–7 business days. Birth Stats Signs, Baby Name Signs, and Key-chains typically ship in this time frame. Please note that processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons or sales.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order is shipped, delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. Standard USPS First-Class Mail typically takes 2–5 business days within the U.S. Tracking details will be provided once your item is on its way.

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

Yes, but only before the item ships. Please message us immediately via Etsy messages if you need to update your shipping address.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged in the mail?

If your item is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please check with your local post office first. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address, so please double-check your shipping info before placing your order.

What happens if I don’t choose a color?

If no color is selected at checkout, your item will be made using the default color shown in the design you selected.

I made a typo when entering the name—can I get a refund or replacement?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or replacements for errors made during personalization (e.g., misspellings or incorrect names). Please double-check all details before submitting your order.

Do you offer gift wrapping or custom notes?

We currently do not offer full gift wrapping, but we’re happy to include a short gift note upon request! Just leave your message in the notes section at checkout.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! We love custom projects. Feel free to message us with your ideas—we’ll do our best to bring them to life.

What if I don’t like the wording on a design—can I request a change?

Yes! If you'd like different wording on one of our designs, just send us a message before ordering. We’re happy to accommodate minor text changes on most items whenever possible.
