Before production begins, we will send you a digital mock-up for review. Production only starts after your approval. Once approved, the order cannot be cancelled or returned, as it is made specifically for you. We use only high-quality materials to ensure your sign is both stylish and durable. All our signs come with a 2-year warranty, and in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no additional cost.
