Custom and personalized orders

2. I am more than happy to accommodate custom orders. Just message me and we can discuss your idea. Examples of custom orders would be if you wanted a special quantity or loc jewelry pieces in a certain color scheme to accommodate a special event.

3. All Loccessories' products are created in a smoke-free, pet-free environment.

4. Great care has been taken to provide you with unique hair accessories. To keep you looking your best and the pieces looking fresh, please note that heavy oils, waxes and creams will tarnish or dull the finish over time. It is best to remove hair jewelry when shampooing and only use on fully dry hair.

What about international orders VAT/Surcharges/Tariffs?

Please note that tariffs, surcharges, VAT fees, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer and not the seller. Please check with your local officials for any questions/concerning.

Your items are carefully and lovingly packed to arrive safely. In the event there is a problem upon receipt, you MUST contact me within 72 hours. In the case that an item arrives broken, take pictures of the item and the box and return via Etsy. Do not throw away the box.

Missing/Lost Packages

If an item shows delivered, you will have to contact your local post office to see where they left the item. Once the order is marked delivered, I cannot process any refunds. In the event that an item is marked delivered, but you did not receive your order, you will need to let you local Post Office know. A police report may also need to be completed for mail theft. If you need any assistance with this please contact me via Etsy convo.

Orders returned due to invalid/incorrect/undeliverable addresses

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address you will be required to pay shipping again to have it sent to the correct address. If you do contact me with a different address I am obligated to pay shipping fees again with the USPS at which time I will send you a link to purchase the additional postage fee. *USPS does charge to reship your item.* You are responsible for making sure that the correct address is listed at the time of your order.
