What embroidery formats are included and will they work with my machine?

Every design includes 7 major industry formats: PES, DST, JEF, EXP, VP3, HUS, and XXX. These files are fully compatible with most modern embroidery machines, including Brother, Janome, Bernina, Pfaff, Husqvarna, and Babylock. Please ensure your machine supports one of these formats before purchasing.

Can I resize or modify the embroidery designs?

Each design comes calibrated in multiple sizes (ranging from 5 to 10 sizes per design) to perfectly fit various hoops. We strongly recommend NOT resizing or altering the files yourself. Machine embroidery designs are digitized stitch-by-stitch for specific dimensions; drastic resizing will alter the stitch density and can cause thread breaks, puckering, or poor quality. If you need a specific custom size, please message us!

Do you accept returns or refunds for digital downloads?

Due to the instant, digital nature of these products, all sales are final, and we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, customer satisfaction is our top priority! If you experience any technical issues with your file or need assistance, please contact us immediately, and we will gladly help you fix it.

Can I sell items made with your designs?

Yes! You receive a limited commercial license that allows you to use our designs to create and sell physical finished products (like hoodies, tote bags, or patches) for up to 100 items per design. However, you are strictly prohibited from reselling, sharing, trading, or distributing the digital files themselves in any format.

I bought a large 12-in-1 Mega Pack, but I only downloaded a PDF. Where are my embroidery files?

Since our Ultimate Mega Packs contain a massive amount of high-quality data and multiple size variations, the total file size exceeds Etsy's standard upload limits. In these cases, you will download a PDF file containing a secure, direct link to our Google Drive. Simply click the link inside the PDF to instantly access and download all your ZIP archives and formats!
