It is a thick, solid journal. It DOES have a heavy amount of chemical odor out of the package. However, I left it out for a few days next to a fan and the chemical smell went away. The paper is pretty good. Not outstanding, but will work. Would not use a fine or extra fine fountain pen on it, probably better with pencils and a non-needlepoint roller ball pen.

I didn't need customer service.My binder came through the post with no problems and on time.The embossing was so intricate and beautifully done.The aged papers were fantastic and everything was bound wonderful.My friend who got this as a gift was speechless in a very good way.I really recommend this seller I will be going back to site very soon.

Book isn't what promised. Bad quality. Full of chemicals, horrible chemical fumes and smell, after touching the book, the fingers started to burn. I went to the apothecary to get it to the chemical waste specially cared of! Still didn't get a refund. And it comes from Pakistan via shanghai, when it stated Ireland.
