What is the delivery time?

We send paintings ( both Stretched and Unstretched) via FedEx Express. Delivery usually takes about 3-7 business days. Please note that shipping time is counted from the moment the artist finishes drawing your painting.

Custom and personalized orders

We accept custom orders, please send it to me, let's discuss if we can make it happen.

There are 8-14 sizes available to each shape, but if you still can not find a perfect size in the listing, please send me a custom size. You can choose any size of stretched painting up to 100x100 inches for square , and up to 100x75 inches for rectangular painting

Never hang your canvas painting outside, in areas of high humidity, or near any heat source. Please make sure that you clean your hands before handling any canvas painting. Do not place anything on top of the canvas or lay your canvas with the front facing down. How to tighten a loose and saggy canvas painting: If over the years you notice that your canvas is starting to loosen up and sag, you can try the following: Spray an even, fine mist of clean water or distilled water on the back of the canvas. The canvas should tighten up when it dries. Never use any chemical cleaners to clean your canvas painting.

I don’t have a PayPal account. What should I do?

You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how: 1.) Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card. 2.) You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information. 3.) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt. 4.) Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy.

Wrapping and packaging

All paintings are packed carefully in a strong cardboard box, shipped with FedEx,DHL . A tracking number will be sent to you. Difference between Stretched and Unstretched painting. "Stretched" - Painting on canvas stretched on the wooden frame, it's ready for hanging. "Unstretched" - Painting on not stretched canvas, rolled in a tube. In this case you'll have to stretch this canvas in the nearest art workshop.
