How to Download My Items?

Etsy sends a download notification email (from transaction@etsy.com) after purchase. Sometimes this email goes to the spam or junk folder. This email has a link for instant access. You can also access your files through your Etsy account. To access your digital files, go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews and search for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This email will open the Downloads page for all files attached to your order. Please let me know if this doesn't work for you. I will be happy to email the files to you if needed.
