I didn't fully read the instructions. The price is only a deposit. It could be made clearer from the pictures that you are only purchasing a quote, which is unfortunate. I re-rated the item quality because they do look well made, but I didn't actually receive this item. I canceled it.

The rug is close to what is advertised. Mine is on the smaller side for the snorlax rug. The shadow isn't curved in the original images but a straight line. Seller was communicative with issues but mis-reported shipping, tried to releave me issues with the shadow coloring but it fell on deaf ears. I will not be buying from this seller again as just ordering the rug was incredibly convoluted. My biggest gripe is it doesn't look nearly as professional as what was advertised. If I could upload a photo of what I received for the snorlax rug I could communicate my issue.
