My order is later than Etsy's estimated arrival dates?

Please be aware Etsy's estimated arrival times are often incorrect! After your order is processed and shipped (normally 1 - 3 days), the estimated arrival depends on location: International standard (untracked): Usually takes 2 - 4 weeks. Up to 6 weeks in rare cases. International tracked: Ususally takes 1 - 2 weeks. Up to 4 weeks in rare cases. UK 2nd class: 2 - 3 days (though can take a little longer). UK 1st class: 1 day (though can take a little longer).

I realised after ordering the estimated arrival date is too late

If you need your order for a certain date and the estimated times are too late, you can contact me to upgrade to a quicker shipping method (1st class UK, or International Tracked) and I can set up a listing for you, or you can cancel if I haven't shipped your order yet. Please contact me ASAP if this is the case, as I often try to ship orders the next working day!

Please double check whether the address you provided is correct. If the parcel hasn't been shipped yet, I can cancel and refund your order, and you are free to repurchase with the correct address. If the parcel is returned to me because of incorrect address given, I will cancel the order and refund the item minus shipping costs, and you are welcome to repurchase again with the correct address. If the incorrect address was my mistake please contact me and I will replace ASAP.

I think my parcel is lost?

If you're outside the UK, it's recommended to choose International Tracked to reduce the chances of your parcel getting lost! UK orders: Please let me know if you haven't received your parcel within 13 working days of the dispatch date. This is when Royal Mail classes it as lost. Europe International orders: Please let me know if you haven't received your parcel within 25 working days of the dispatch date for Standard. This is when Royal Mail classes it as lost. Worldwide International orders: Please let me know if you haven't received your parcel within 32 working days of the dispatch date. This is when Royal Mail classes it as lost.

I accept returns for items in original condition if contacted about returns within 14 days of you receiving your item. You then have 14 days to return the item to me. Please message me before returning! You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described, in which case I will replace free of charge if able to, or provide a full refund (keep in mind items that are sold as B or C grade do not count as the customer is made aware of defects on the listing). If the item is unused/in original condition, I will refund the item cost and the initial postage cost once I have received the item. If the item is used/in unsellable condition, I may not offer a refund or offer a partial refund.
