Do you sell real gold?

Yes. Every piece is solid 10K, 14K or 18K gold and is stamped with its karat. We do not sell gold-filled, gold-plated or vermeil jewelry. 10K is 10/24 pure gold (.417 fine) 14K is 14/24 pure gold (.585 fine) 18K is 18/24 pure gold (.750 fine)

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your jewelry. You can return any listed item for a full refund or an exchange. The item must arrive back with us within 30 days of delivery, so please message us first and ship it promptly. • Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging, with any certificates included. • Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Please ship insured, with tracking. • Refunds go to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. • Custom, engraved and altered items are final sale.

How fast do you ship?

Orders ship from New York within 1 to 2 business days. US shipping is free and insured, by USPS Ground Advantage (usually 3 to 5 business days). You can upgrade to Priority or Express at checkout, or message us if you prefer FedEx or UPS.

What counts as a custom order?

Any new design, or any change to a listed item, such as a different length, engraving or personalization. Custom orders need a 30% deposit and are final sale.

Do you offer ring sizing and appraisals?

Yes. Ring sizing is $35 for items under $500; message us for larger pieces. An appraisal certificate from an independent lab can be added for $70. We use an outside lab so the appraisal is impartial. It adds one business day and is non-refundable.

Do you offer a warranty? (USA orders)

Yes, for orders shipped within the USA. Every piece has a 1-year warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects, such as a faulty clasp, a broken solder joint or a loose pavé stone. Included: repair, or replacement if it can't be repaired properly; white gold re-plating (rhodium) up to twice in the first year; free shipping both ways in the first 60 days. Not included: normal wear, accidental damage, loss, center stones, or pieces altered by someone else. After 60 days, the buyer pays shipping both ways; repairs of manufacturing defects stay free. If the damage isn't a manufacturing defect, we'll send you a repair quote first. To use it, message us with your order number and a photo.

Do you offer layaway?

Yes, for listed items: up to 90 days, with no interest and no fees. Message us to set it up.

Can I choose a different center stone?

Yes. We carry a wide range of loose diamonds and gemstones and would love to help you choose the right one.

Can you set my own stone?

Yes. With the purchase of one of our mountings or a custom piece, we can set your stone for a reasonable fee. Message us to arrange it.

Custom and personalized orders

A custom order is any new design or any change to a listed item, such as a different length, engraving or personalization. • We confirm the design and price with you before we start. • A 30% deposit starts the order. The balance is due when the piece is ready, and we ship once it is paid in full. • Custom pieces are made just for you, so they are final sale. They are still covered by our warranty.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping costs are shown at checkout. Customs duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
