Is this iron on vinyl? Do you outsource your printing?

1) I use a professional, commercial grade heat press for all of my applications, and top quality heat transfer vinyl. This ensures you will receive a finished product that will last. Your image will NOT EVER peel off or lift. IN FACT - I offer a lifetime guarantee on that! If your image EVER peels or lifts, I will replace the item immediately for free! No matter how long you have had it. No questions asked. 2) I DO NOT outsource my printing. I print everything in my home studio. This ensures you will receive a great quality product, made with love, every time.

Custom and personalized orders

I am happy to accommodate customizations in many different ways. However, I will not duplicate another artists artwork or duplicate copywritten material (Disney, Nike, etc). To make a custom request, simply send me a convo!

All size charts (specific to the shirt shown in the listing), are in the “photos” section of the listing. As well, there are measurements in the description section, of each listing. However, I am happy to personally guide you through choosing a size. Just send a message saying you need help with sizing and I will get back to you asap!

How long until this ships?

Production times are shown in the listing information, however I tend to ship most items by the next business day. During busy seasons please allow an extra day or two. If you need your item sooner, please send me a message, I may be able to accommodate. Note: There may be a fee for this service. If your order has customizations or needs approval before I can ship it, please accommodate me retrieving missing information when needed and respond to emails in a timely manner. In cases of no response to my emails, I will push back your production time by one week, ONE TIME. Any delay past that will result in your order being cancelled.

I accept cancellations under the condition that I have not yet begun production. (Please cancel within 2 hours or purchase!) Most of the time I am fulfilling orders the same day I receive them. If production has already begun, I may accept the cancellation minus a restocking fee covering any product used and re-list fees. I can NOT accept cancellation once a shipping label has been purchased.

I will accept returns (and I will pay the return shipping costs) on the basis that a product has either arrived damaged, damaged upon use very easily, or of course if you receive a different size, color or product than what you ordered. In the case of a request for a refund for any other reason, I must first receive the complete item in the same condition it was received. Cost of return is the responsibility of the buyer. I can NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

Need item by a certain date?

I am unable to guarantee delivery dates and/or the time it takes to ship an item. I can only guarantee to have your order in the hands of the post office by the date specified. Thank you for your understanding!
