frog furby inspired oddbody handmade plush furbies

A hand sewn frog oddbody furby with a hand-sculpted, hand-painted face. The mini frogs measure approximately 3 inches from beak to butt and are about 1.5 inches tall. The big ones are 6.5 inches from beak to butt and are about 4 inches tall. The bodies are made from green and mustard yellow short pile plush fabric and are stuffed with polyfil.

* They do not work as they lack the hardware of a regular furby, and the face is polymer clay and fake lashes rather than a face taken from an actual furby. *

I can customize the face of the furb however you wish! All of the faces are hand sculpted out of polymer clay, then painted with acrylic paints, and sealed with a gloss varnish. It can be a more traditional, ‘98 style face as shown on the mini frog, or a more eccentric one such as the frog style face on the big frog. If you choose a frog style face, you have the option of having a long tongue on it, with or without a furby fly on it! I can also make the furby fly separate for you. If you do not want a traditional style face or a frog face, I can do other furby-esque faces! There can be as many or as few eyes/mouths as you want, and can be painted however you would like (although I will decline any orders including hate symbols or the like). The face comes with faux eyelashes, and if you have a specific requested length for those, let me know!

You can also give a general, more vague description for the face and I will take creative liberty and surprise you!

Although the body is reasonably sturdy, it is important to be gentle with the furb’s face. It is important to handle them with care and only spot clean with a cloth or brush if necessary. Try not to get them wet or dirty though!

I do not use any molds or a sewing machine; everything is done by hand! As a result, each critter can take a long time to complete! Due to the time it takes to complete one, and the fact that these materials tend to be on the pricey side, I have to charge accordingly. All that being said, I hope you enjoy your new little critter!
