4. Use neutral detergent.
5. Soaking is not recommended. Otherwise, soaking time should not exceed 10 minutes.
6. Avoid laundries’ prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Turn the inside out if outdoor drying is necessary.
7. Natural materials may have wrinkles after washing. For best wearing effect, we advise to iron the clothes well-pressed.
8. Machine drying may result in fabric shrinkage; consequently, it is recommended to use hanging as the optimal drying method.

Li was very communicative and accommodating throughout the entire process. I was impressed with the designs available and the amount of measurements asked for to ensure my size/preferences. I purchased 2 pairs of lounge pants, 2 lounge shirts, 1 professional outfit (shirt and pants), and 1 dress. This was my first time ordering linen clothes so I was still learning how much extra room I might need. There was a slight communication issue about whether or not I wanted extra room or prefered to have the clothes a little tighter. When they arrived they were actually too small and I was so worried and confused. She told me to keep the clothes (I had expressed I would be losing weight soo and immediately got to work on another set (for no extra charge!) in the right size and they fit perfectly! Amazing customer service. Amazing work.

While the pants don't quite have the appearance, structure, and hang I was expecting from the image, the shop did well with my customization and I'll definitely make use of them.
