How do I access my purchase?

Your files will be available for download here at www.etsy.com/your/purchases once payment has been confirmed. You should also receive an email with a download link to your files. If you have any issues with your download, please reach out to me and I’ll help you. If you checked out as a guest, you’ll receive an email from Etsy with your download links. If you don’t receive an email, be sure to check your junk folder. Send me a convo if you’re unable to find this email! Please note the Etsy app does NOT support downloading on devices. However, you will be able to download on your device’s browser or a computer.

Help, my download was just a PDF or a zip file!

Due to size limitations on Etsy downloads, your files will sometimes be delivered via a zip file or a PDF file with a link to a dropbox where you can download your files. This way you are receiving the highest quality files! If you have any issues accessing or downloading please message me so I can help you.

Can I use these on my products that I sell?

YES! All of my products COME with a commercial license included - no additional purchase necessary. They can be used on any merchandise an unlimited amount of times.

→ Commercial license included in price. → You may NEVER re-sell these files as digital items, prints, bundle them with other products or share the file in any other way, including claiming it as your own or offering it for free or for sale online → Commercial licenses are non transferable or refundable → Please note: Files are meant to be used for your business and sold in their FINAL FORM (clothing with a design, cups with a design, etc). Selling my files as stickers, transfers or similar and re-selling to other businesses is not currently allowed. → By purchasing a file you accept these terms and conditions.

Can I use these designs for my business?

Yes! These designs are licensed for small business use — perfect if you’re selling through your own shop, online store, or with just a few employees.

Can I use these designs for big retail stores (like Target, Walmart, or TJ Maxx)?

No. Large-scale retail, wholesale, or mass production is not included in this license. If you’d like to use my designs in bigger stores, you’ll need to contact me directly to arrange an extended commercial license.
