Changes to my Delivery Address

If your delivery address is incorrect, please contact us within 1hr of placing. We will need you to confirm, via a message in the marketplace messaging system, the full & complete address you wish the item sent to. Please note, this may not always be possible to change after this time

Custom and personalised orders

We aim to make, packaged & dispatched within 1-3 working days. This is our standard production time scale stated on various items. During busy periods these times may increase slightly. Delivery speed will depend on the service/ upgrade you choose at the checkout.

Please check the online tracking link with your etsy purchase history. This will show your tracking options, or delivery confirmation status. A GPS location map may also be available. For UK standard delivery (RM24) please allow up to 10 working days (Monday to Friday, excl. public holidays/ strikes) for delivery. If your item is showing as delivered, we kindly ask you to check the following places - with neighbours (including opposite), safe places, Royal Mail sorting depo and collection point If you are unable to locate this ‘delivered’ item, we will investigated further with the Royal mail. We are unable to offer a refund or alternative item if Royal Mail are showing this as being delivered.

Incorrect Item received

We are always striving for the best possible customer service and on occasions, we know that things can go wrong. Simply get in touch with us, sharing a photo of your issue/ item and order details. We will work on a resolution, such as a replacement. Please contact us within 14 working days of receiving the item as this is within the policy timeframe.

The washing instructions for each garment is listed in the item description. We recommend washing at 30°C inside out, avoiding bleach, and tumble drying on low. This keeps your personalised print looking its best. If you need to confirm any instructions with us, please send us a message but we will be unable to offer a refund or replacement if the item has been washed.

Message us before hand to ensure this can be arranged, you can purchase our 'RUSH MY ORDER’ add-on along with your order and this will guarantee dispatch within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). This will not upgrade the postage on your order. All Items will be sent via the standard postage method, unless an upgrade is selected at checkout.
