What if my order is late or lost during shipping?

If your item has been lost during shipping, please notify us and we will help you investigate the issue. Usually, most carriers will not leave a parcel unattended. In most cases, a calling card will be left for you to pick up at a nearby location or provide an option for redelivery. If your order is significantly late, message us and we will try to help you the best we can. The expected delivery dates provided to you are just approximate, please message us first. Please allow at least 1 to 2 weeks after the expected delivery date during holiday seasons such as Christmas.

How do I clean a window film?

To allow appropriate curing/drying time for the film, it should not be cleaned for a period of 5 weeks after installation.You can clean the film with non abrasive materials such as a micro-fiber cloth and ammonia free liquid solutions. A simple mild soap/ water mix solution is enough

Can I get a refund on custom orders?

Our custom products are made to order therefore they cannot be refunded. This applies if we have processed your order (designed, made) already. However, there may be a chance where we have not processed it yet so please message us first.

Iron On Decals - how to remove + tips on installation

How do I remove the decal if I made a mistake (e.g. removing certain letters)? Iron on decals or Heat-transfer vinyl (HTV) are designed for permanent adhesion. It may leave a faint imprint on certain fabrics when removed. Please follow the instructions below to attempt removal. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uLcmuIA38VM&ab_channel=KellyRossouw TIPS for installation: - Watch our video installation and read hard copy instructions. - Use a Test Sticker First to ensure the temperature and time settings are correct. - DO NOT use steam—Make sure there is no water inside the iron. - Use firm, downward pressure—Don’t iron back and forth or move it around too much. - DO NOT overheat—stick to recommended time / temperature to avoid vinyl damage

How to remove vinyl decals from mirrors?

Method 1 (Soapy Water): - Spray the mirror generously with warm soapy water. - While the surface is wet, gently lift and remove the vinyl using a metal scraper held flat against the glass. - Re-spray if needed. - Wipe clean, then finish by wiping the area with alcohol for a residue-free surface. Method 2 (Heat): - Gently heat the glass with a hairdryer or heat gun to soften the adhesive (avoid holding heat in one spot or using on cold glass). - Lift an edge with a plastic scraper or razor blade held flat, slowly peel away. - Finish with an alcohol wipe.

Can I return a non-custom order because I changed my mind or made a mistake with the order?

Yes you can return the product to us, however, you will have to cover the cost of shipping it back and a restocking fee of 15% of the order. The product must also be unused and in original condition. We will examine the product and if it’s not in original condition, we cannot proceed with the refund. Seasonal items cannot be refunded.

My item was marked delivered, but I can't find it

Sometimes packages can be marked as delivered but not show up until a few days afterwards. To try to locate your package, follow these steps: 1. Check with neighbours or family if they have received anything. 2. After that I recommend calling your local post office and asking them to verify via GPS coordinates where the package was marked as delivered. If you believe your package was stolen, please file a police report with your local agency. Mail theft is a federal crime. Since we are both losing time and money, I do make sure we utilise all possible resources. Your patience and understanding is much appreciated. I know that it is very upsetting when you have made a purchase and do not receive the item(s) that you paid for.

I ripped my decals/made a mistake when I was attempting to install.

We do not offer full refunds on decals you've damage during installation. It's important that you are extremely careful when dealing with vinyl and frosted decals as they are easy to rip. Please send us a message/email with your order number and pictures of the decals and we'll find a way to help you!

There is a mistake on my order when I opened it.

Once you receive the decal, please ensure to open and check that everything is correct, including spelling, before installation. We will require a photo of the received decal if there are any discrepancies. If any mistakes are found with your order, we request that you contact us within 5 business days of the decal’s arrival, and we will swiftly send you a replacement. In the rare occurrence that it does not arrive in time for your event – rest assured, we meticulously double-check all orders before packing – we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. In such instances, we will be more than happy to offer you a partial refund.
