I ordered multiple items but part of my order is missing?

We use different printing partners, to source the best quality. Since products may be fulfilled by different print providers, items in your order may ship separately (at no additional expense to you) and have multiple tracking numbers. I will provide you with all available tracking information for your order. Don’t worry, they haven’t been forgotten!

Are your products iridescent / pearlescent / holographic ?

No, all products are a flat print. The designs are just a depiction of iridescent / pearlescent / holographic materials.

Do your products have any real stained glass / gemstones / mosaics?

No they are all flat prints, just an artistic depiction :)

I ordered by accident, can I cancel my order?

We begin processing your order shortly after it's placed. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within a couple of hours. Once an order has entered production, it's no longer possible to cancel, and we will be unable to offer a refund.

I received the wrong product or it arrived damaged, how can this be resolved?

This would be a very rare occurrence, but if you've received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us with photo's of the product. Our production partners provide a 30-day warranty, so please don't hesitate to reach out right away so we can resolve this for you.

Why isn’t my tracking information showing movement?

Please allow 24-72 hours for the carrier to scan the package and for tracking updates to appear. A "Pre-Transit" status means the package is awaiting its initial scan and is not being held. We appreciate your patience. On rare occasions, the courier misses the first scan as the parcel moves within the courier network. They scan the parcel multiple times, so should update on the following scan. This is a very rare occurrence and usually results in the parcel suddenly appearing a lot closer to the parcel destination. Please allow 10 full business days (US orders) and 30 full business days (rest of the world) of no tracking update(s) before assuming a package is missing.

Where can I find my tracking info?

The tracking information can be located in your order details once ready under “My Purchases”.

When will my order ship?

Each item is made to order, and while we typically prepare your order for shipping within 2-4 business days, please allow up to 7 business days for production to be on the safe side :)

The products I sell are all made to order, so please keep in mind it takes time to produce the piece.

We use more than one printing partner to bring you the best quality products. Keep in mind when ordering more than one type of product that they may be shipped from different locations, at different times.
If you are ordering two different designs of the same type of product eg tough phone case, I will make sure it is shipped together.

The production time is between 1-5 days (production time changes due to demand and busy periods of the year)
