Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

Because every item is made to order, We will only accept returns within 30 days of receiving the item. If your item arrives damaged or there's a problem with your order, please message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll always do our best to put it right.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

UnityTogether is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

What are your products made from? Will they look like plastic?

All our items are 3D printed using high-quality PLA filament, which gives each piece a smooth, matte finish. While PLA is a plastic-based material, our pieces are designed to look and feel like considered, decorative objects — not like cheap plastic toys. Many customers are pleasantly surprised by the quality and weight in person. If you'd like to see more detail before ordering, our photos show the finish closely, and you're welcome to message us with any questions.

How long will my order take?

All items are made to order, we typically dispatch within 2–7 business days. UK delivery usually takes 48 hours after dispatch. If you need your order by a specific date, message us before purchasing and we'll let you know if we can accommodate it.

Custom and personalised orders

Yes! We love custom requests. Whether you'd like a specific colour, a different size, or something completely bespoke, just send us a message before placing your order and we'll do our best to make it happen.

What colours are available?

Most of our items are available in a range of filament colours. If you'd like a colour you don't see listed, message us — we may be able to accommodate it. Colours shown in photos are as accurate as possible, though screens vary slightly.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination — typically 7–21 days. Please note that any customs charges or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Can I see more of your work before buying?

Why does part of my item look different underneath?

Some designs require support structures during printing. The underside of overhangs may have a slightly rougher texture, this is a natural part of the 3D printing process, not a defect. Every piece is hand finished to the best standard possible.
