All our shirts are produced with the help of a professional printing company and made with the process of DTG (Direct To Garment) printing. Ink is applied directly into the fabric during the productions process. We do not use vinyl. This gives you a better quality and will not peel.

Can I cancel an order I have already placed?

Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of order placement! Once your order goes into the printing queue, it cannot be pulled out. BeaBetterDesign is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the made-to-order nature of the items, I am unable to accept returns & exchanges. If there are any print issues or quality issues with your product, please message me with a photo and I will be happy to make it right :). Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.

**PRINTING PROCESS**
All our shirts are produced with the help of a professional printing company and made to order with the process of DTG (Direct To Garment) printing, meaning fabric-grade ink is printed directly onto the garment and blends with the fibers. This allows us to achieve a vintage style look on many of our designs, and a feel that is similar to screenprinting (which avoids the thick rubbery feeling of vinyl).

Slight variances in color and size are normal compared to what you see on a computer screen

Printing on dark colored garments like black requires a pre-treatment so that colors don't absorb into the fabric and become dull. The pre-treatment will make the print area of the garment feel a little stiff when you first receive it. This is totally normal and usually washes out after 2-3 washes on areas where the design is not printed.

- Production Time 2-7 Business Days (usually 3 days)
Standard Shipping Time 5-10 Business Days (usually 7 days)
- Holidays tend to lean more towards 2 weeks or more - please plan accordingly!
