My items arrived damaged! What should I do?!

The chance of damage to the item is very low. However, if you were hit by bad luck, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Submit a photo of the damage to your item. After you provide proof that the product is damaged, we will offer you a replacement for the product you purchased and provide you with a new product free of charge. Or we will refund your payment. Please note that any request made later than 24 hours without confirmation will not be considered eligible. Glass is fragile by nature - for this reason, all damage that occurs after receiving the product is considered the fault of the recipient.

We carefully packed every item. We use double packaging, a lot of bubble wrap and foam to immobilize the object and prevent possible damage during transportation. Several purchases may be delivered separately, depending on the size and shape of the items.

When will I receive my order?

On each product page, you can find estimated delivery dates that show order processing times + standard shipping time.

Our products are basically made of glass, solder, copper foil and finishing chemicals. Items does not require any special care. If necessary, it can be washed with warm water, avoiding coarse or metal sponges. Do not rub seams of copper and black products. You can erase the coating to silver metal. Copper products become darker over time, since air and humidity will cause the appearance of an oxidizing layer on the surface, as happens with wood, leather and all other natural materials.

Custom and personalized orders

If you haven't found in our shop what you have been interested in, or you would like to order in color or size which you want, please, write to us, and we will make it especially for you. Production time for an individual order takes 1-7 days, after receiving payment of the order. Most items can be made in a larger size depending on the form. However, even they're doable, we don't prefer shipping that large items internationally as large items are more prone to damage during transit.
