Are your items really 3D printed?

Yes! Every item is printed in-house using a Bambu Lab X1 Carbon printer. We use high-quality PLA filaments for clean details and durability.

How long does it take to make and ship my order?

Most orders are made to order and ship within 1–3 business days. Complex or large prints may take slightly longer, but we always keep you updated.

Can I customize colors or request a unique version?

Many of our items come with customizable color options. If you're looking for something specific, message us — we’re always happy to discuss custom requests when possible.

Do your models come painted or finished?

Unless stated otherwise, all items are unpainted but printed in vibrant or thematic colors. If you'd like to paint your piece, PLA is easy to prime and work with!

Is this safe for children?

Our items were sourced with collectors, gamers, and hobbyists in mind. Some figures include small parts and are not intended for children under 12.

My order arrived damaged or defective — what should I do?

Reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll work quickly to repair, replace, or refund as needed. We want your experience to be legendary.

Do you offer digital files or just printed items?

The Archsmith’s Den focuses on physical prints only. All items sold here are ready-to-ship or made-to-order physical products, not STL files.

Are these original designs or licensed prints?

We use a mix of licensed models from verified creators and models made by the Archsmith. All files used are cleared for commercial sale. Credit is given when applicable.
