We understand mistakes happen. Cancellations are possible within 1 hour and before production begins. After printing starts, we cannot cancel.

No guaranteed delivery dates. Orders are produced in 2–7 business days and shipped with USPS. Tracking is provided, but delivery estimates are set by USPS.

Sometimes USPS shows “Delivered” a little early. Please allow 24 hours. If your package is still missing, message us and we’ll help track it down. Please note we’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

While rare, damage can happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please send clear photos of the product and packaging within 3 days so we can send a replacement.

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. Once an order ships, we can’t redirect it. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can’t issue refunds or reship the product.
