Most of our items are made to order through our print partners and can't be returned for change of mind; our dashboard dolls, shipped directly by us, follow the same policy unless stated otherwise on the listing. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us via Etsy messages or at aloha@littlealoha.co within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right. 🌺

Most of our items are made to order, so each piece is produced for you after you order rather than sitting in a warehouse. Our hand-painted hula dolls and hand-carved wooden pieces are packed and sent by us from our Noosa studio in Australia. Everything else is made by our print partners — some are based in the US, some overseas. The dispatch origin and your estimated delivery date are both shown on the listing and again at checkout, so you always know before you buy. Please allow a few days for production before your parcel is dispatched. Delivery times vary by product and destination, so the estimate shown at checkout for your specific item is the best guide. If your order is for a birthday or an occasion, please give yourself a comfort

Lost or Undelivered Package

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 days, message us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost, we'll replace it or refund you in full. Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — parcels returned due to an incorrect address or an uncollected delivery will incur a re-shipping fee.

What should I do if the item arrives damaged?

We're sorry — that's frustrating, and we'll sort it out. Please check your order when it arrives and message us within 7 days of delivery, before the item has been used or washed. Send a photo of the item in the condition it arrived in, plus a photo of the outer packaging. Our print partners ask for both to approve a replacement, as it shows them where in production or transit the fault happened. Once we've had a look at the photos we'll let you know the best way to put it right — usually a replacement, and we'll talk through other options with you if a replacement isn't possible. Wear, damage or marks that appear after use aren't covered, but do message us anyway — we'll always take a look and see what we can do. 🌺

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

US orders — no. Whatever country your item ships from, import duties are collected in the price you pay at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay when it arrives. EU & UK — your local postal service may collect a small VAT or import charge before delivery. This is set by your country, not by us, and it's usually only a few dollars on smaller orders. Message us any time for an estimate before you order. 🌺

What do I need to know about shipping estimates, tracking, and delays?

The estimated delivery date shown at checkout is a carrier projection rather than a guarantee, so if your order is for a specific occasion, please give yourself a comfortable buffer. Every order is tracked, and we'll always help you chase a parcel — just message us. Hawaii and other outer islands can take a little longer in transit.

Do you offer custom designs or personalized items?

We do offer personalization on select items, such as our custom name phone cases, chopping boards, and the Little Aloha children's book! If an item can be customized, it will be clearly stated in the listing with instructions on how to provide your details. For all other products, to keep our production moving quickly, they are made-to-order exactly as pictured and we cannot accept custom design requests or alterations.
