Most common mistake: covering seeds with soil — these need light to germinate

Disclaimer: Hybrid petunia seeds may or may not grow true to color. Bloom color, pattern, and form can vary.
By purchasing and planting these seeds, you acknowledge the natural variability of hybrid plants.
Because growing conditions are outside my control, I’m unable to guarantee germination.
Growing Disclaimer:
Due to the many factors involved in seed germination and plant growth (soil, temperature, watering, sunlight, and care), I cannot guarantee results once seeds are planted. These conditions are beyond my control.
PLEASE READ:
Orders ship via USPS. Occasionally USPS will mark packages as “Delivered” when they have only reached your local post office. Your mail carrier may deliver it later that day or within the next 1–3 mail days.

Because USPS controls scanning and delivery, sellers cannot see additional tracking information beyond what you see.

If your package does not arrive after 3 postal days, please contact your local post office or reach out and I’ll be happy to help.

Please Note About Shipping:
To help keep postage costs reasonable, multiple quantities of the same seed variety are packaged together in one envelope. If you would like each quantity in separate envelopes, please message me when placing your order and I’ll gladly prepare them separately for you.

Shipping & Packaging:
All seeds are securely packaged using methods designed to protect them during transit. For customers who prefer additional bubble mailer protection, an upgraded shipping option is available for a $5 fee (covers postage and materials). Message me before purchase if you would like this upgrade.
📦 Customer Support & Refund Policy

If there is an issue with your order, please reach out—we’re happy to help. Because seeds are a natural product and growing conditions vary, refunds cannot be issued based on germination results.

Due to the nature of seeds and free shipping, we are unable to offer replacements once a review has been left. However, orders may still qualify for a refund through Etsy Purchase Protection if your item was lost or damaged in transit.

We always recommend contacting us before leaving a review so we can try to resolve any concerns.

✅ Shipping + Etsy Protection Disclaimer
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact me right away. I’m happy to work with you on a replacement or refund through Etsy’s Purchase Protection.
Please note that Etsy tracking may show an item as "Delivered" before it has been physically delivered to your address. In many cases, this status indicates that the package has arrived at your local post office or distribution facility and is awaiting final delivery. Please allow additional time for your postal carrier to complete delivery. If you do not receive your package within 1–2 business days after the "Delivered" status appears, please contact your local post office for assistance.
