Do you offer expedited or overnight shipping?

Not at this time. I ship once or twice a week via USPS. Unless otherwise indicated, orders will be packed and shipped within 1-5 business days (up to one week) of the order date. Delivery dates are not within my control. Thank you for your patience!

Do you accept cancellations, returns or exchanges?

Not at this time. Returns and exchanges by mail are terrible for the environment, therefore, all items are sold as-is, all sales final. This is standard for vintage and one-of-a-kind sales and reflects the time and effort involved in sourcing discontinued, unique, and hard to find inventory. Thank you for your understanding!

I ordered some cabinet hardware to try out, but it won't work for my project. Can I return or exchange it?

No. I am a microbusiness with no employees and I do not have the time or resources to process returns. No exceptions. If you end up with hardware or another item you can't currently use, I recommend saving it for another project, using it as a gift or trade, or selling it yourself.

Do you offer a quantity or other discount?

No. To ensure a seamless transaction, all prices are reasonable and firm, no haggling necessary! For most items, there is a combined shipping discount applied automatically for multiple items purchased at the same time. Please place the items in your cart to see final costs. Items are first come first served, and are generally not restocked, so if you see something you like, grab it!

Why didn't my order for cabinet hardware come with screws?

I do not sell screws. Unless otherwise indicated, screws are not included when ordering pulls or knobs. Most knobs and pulls take the same screw, but they come in all different lengths. The screws you have will probably work, or you can easily find them at any hardware store or online.

There was a problem with my order. What should I do?

I have been selling on Etsy for 13 years and strive to offer 5-star service. Please contact me directly via Etsy Messages or create a Help Request from your Etsy Purchases page and let me know what happened. I am here to help!

Do you ship to Canada or other international destinations?

Not at this time. As of September 15, 2026, I no longer sell or ship outside the US due to restrictive import laws. This includes Canada due to recent tariffs. I apologize for any inconvenience.

I still have my beloved sticker books from the 80s. I had no idea Trend still made similar ones like the one I had with elephants from 1982. So cute! Glad I got these before the company went out of business for good. Thanks!
