Who does Una Pluma use for shipping?

All orders will be sent via USPS mail and the buyer will receive a tracking number (USA order only) once the order has shipped. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please note Una Pluma is not responsible, nor has knowledge of, duties and taxes imposed on international orders. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes imposed.

Custom and personalized orders

We are unable to fill custom orders at this time.

All Una Pluma garments can be machine washed. We recommend hang drying or drying on low heat in the dryer.

Please feel free to contact us with any sizing questions and we will do our best to help you select the size that will work best for you.

Return Policy and restock fee

We are excited to offer free shipping to USA customers and in order to make that possible ALL returns are subject to a $5.00 restock fee. This fee is per order. We are happy to exchange any items (except unders and socks) in original condition. Returns and exchanges are sent back to our shop at the buyers expense and we will ship any exchanges back to you at our expense. Feel free to contact us with any questions—we are here to help! In order to qualify for a refund, you will need to ship items back to us within 7 days from receipt. Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the garment is returned in the original (unworn and unwashed) condition. We DO NOT accept any returns/exchanges on international orders.

Our Miti Sweater is made from a beautiful mix of 4 colors of organic cotton yarn. The base is natural (a creamy off white) and the surface is accented with a fade of Lilac, Aegean Blue and Deep Sea Blue checkerboards. The fit is loose and relaxed and the cuffs, belt and neckline are knit from stretchy rib with natural color. This sweater is not only a lovely blend of colors but it has a great balance of style and comfort.

Sizing:
This sweater is single size fitting roughly US women’s sizes 2-12+. The nature of organic cotton sweater knit is it relaxes with wear and goes back with wash. We recommend machine wash color and tumble dry low/mid heat.
