Custom and personalised orders

We offer fully customizable rugs in any size, shape, color, or design to match your vision. Whether you need a specific pattern, a personalized name, or a logo, we can bring your ideas to life. Simply send us your design details, and we’ll provide a mock-up for approval before production begins. Production typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on complexity. Each rug is handcrafted with care to ensure quality and uniqueness. Due to the made-to-order nature of custom rugs, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is a defect. For any special requests or design ideas, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to create the perfect rug for you!

Our rugs are available in a variety of sizes to suit different spaces and needs. If you require a custom size, we can create a rug tailored to your exact dimensions. Simply provide your preferred measurements, and we will craft a rug that fits perfectly. Since all rugs are handmade, there may be a slight variation of 1-3 cm in the final size. If you need precise measurements, please let us know in advance. For oversized or irregular-shaped rugs, additional production time may be required. Feel free to contact us for guidance on choosing the best size for your space.

To keep your rug looking its best, follow these care guidelines: Regular Cleaning: Vacuum gently without a beater bar to remove dust and dirt. Spot Cleaning: Blot spills immediately with a dry cloth. Use mild soap and water for stains—avoid harsh chemicals. Deep Cleaning: Professional rug cleaning is recommended for deep stains or periodic maintenance. Avoid Moisture: Keep rugs dry to prevent mold or mildew. If wet, air dry completely before use. Protect from Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause fading. Use curtains or rotate the rug occasionally. Shedding & Loose Fibers: New rugs may shed slightly—this is normal. Regular vacuuming will reduce shedding over time.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Our rugs are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each rug is securely rolled and wrapped for protection during shipping. Gift Wrapping: If you're purchasing a rug as a gift, we offer special packaging upon request. Let us know if you'd like a personalized note included with your order. Eco-Friendly Packaging: We strive to use sustainable and minimal packaging whenever possible while ensuring your rug stays safe in transit. If you have specific packaging requests, feel free to message us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them!

We offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders! If you're interested in stocking our rugs in your store or need multiple pieces for a project, we’d love to collaborate.
