Do you offer customizations?

Many designs can be customized depending on the product and print options available. If you love a design but wish it came in a different color, on a different item, or with a small change, please message me before ordering. I’m happy to let you know what’s possible.

How does unisex sizing work?

Most apparel uses gender-neutral unisex sizing with a relaxed fit. For the best fit, check the size chart and compare it to a favorite-fitting shirt. Size down for a more fitted look or size up for an oversized fit.

Do you offer expedited or express shipping?

At this time, I do not offer expedited or express shipping. Each item is made to order and printed just for you, with processing and printing taking up to 7 business days. Shipping/transit time is additional. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Can I cancel or update my order?

If you need to cancel your order, change the size/color, or update the shipping address, please message me within 1 hour of placing your order. Because each item is made to order, changes cannot be guaranteed after that window. Please review your order carefully before submitting, including the size, color, personalization, and shipping address. Orders submitted with incorrect information, including an incorrect shipping address, cannot always be cancelled, changed, refunded, or replaced once printing has started or the order has shipped.

My package says “pre-transit.” What does that mean?

Sometimes tracking may stay in “pre-transit” longer than expected after a shipping label is created. This can happen while the package is moving through the carrier’s system but has not yet received its first scan. If there are no tracking updates after 7 business days, please message me and I’ll be happy to check on it.

My package says delivered, but I can’t find it. What should I do?

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you don’t see it, please check around your porch, mailbox, building, mailroom, with household members, and with neighbors in case it was placed somewhere unexpected. You may also want to contact your local post office or carrier for delivery details. If you’re still unable to locate it, please message me and I’ll do my best to help with next steps.

My package appears to be lost in transit. What should I do?

If your package has not been delivered and the tracking appears to be lost or no longer updating, please message me so I can help look into it.

I received my order and there’s a problem. What should I do?

Please message me directly through Etsy within 30 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as expected. I’m always happy to help and will do my best to make things right.

Why does the color look different in person?

I do my best to represent item colors as accurately as possible. However, colors can look slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, monitor displays, and the specific garment or product material. Product photos are intended as a helpful guide, but slight color differences may occur.

Why type of ink do you use?

Apparel designs are printed using eco-friendly, water-based inks.
