NeuroBloom Studio creates visual supports for children who benefit from clear routines, predictable steps, and hands-on tools. They can be helpful at home, in classrooms, and in therapy settings, whether or not a child has a diagnosis.

Can I customize my routine board or tokens?

Yes! Many of our routine boards can be personalized with token substitutions from our 250+ option Token Library. Browse the library and enter your selected token numbers in the listing’s personalization box when ordering. Need a routine, activity, or task you don’t see? Send me an Etsy Message and I’ll let you know if I can create a custom option for your family.

How do I use my routine board?

Start with a few familiar steps and use the board in the same part of your day. Show your child what comes next, then let them add a star as each step is completed. Consistency helps the routine become familiar, but it doesn’t have to be perfect. Keep it flexible, celebrate small successes, and adjust the steps as your child’s needs change.

What size are your tokens and boards?

Our wooden routine tokens are approximately 1.5 inches in diameter. Board sizes vary by product, so please check the individual listing for exact measurements and what’s included.

What should I expect from my handmade wooden items?

Each wooden board and token is made with care. Natural wood grain, color, and engraving may vary slightly, making every piece unique. Colors may also appear different depending on lighting and your screen. Your order will include the items and quantities described in the listing. Please review the listing photos and description for details about what is included.

Are the boards and tokens suitable for young children?

Our wooden routine tools are designed for use with adult guidance. Tokens and other small pieces may present a choking hazard and are not intended for children under 3. Please supervise young children and keep small pieces out of reach when not in use.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing times vary by item. Please check the individual listing for the current processing time and estimated delivery date. Once your order ships, Etsy will provide tracking information when available. If you need your order by a specific date, please message me before purchasing.

How do I access my printable files?

For instant-download printables, sign in to Etsy and go to Your Account → Purchases and Reviews → Download Files. If you have trouble accessing your files, please send me an Etsy Message.

Can I use these printables for my classroom or therapy clients?

Yes! You may use your purchased printables with your own children, students, or therapy clients. Files may not be resold, redistributed, shared as digital files, or used to create products for sale.
