We are always down for a custom order. If you have any requests, we will make as many drafts as you need until we get it just the right way. No apologies needed. We are here for you.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We currently do not offer gift wrapping, but we’re working on it. Your mat is flat packed in a box to ensure that your doormat is ready for use when you receive it.

If you place a custom order, we will be happy to send you a draft by request. If you do not specifically request a draft, our design team will create your custom design for you and get your doormat shipped out as quickly as possible.
